We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our department, develop growth strategies, and ensure the effective management of sales, marketing, and commercial relations.

What does your role involve?
The person in this role will develop the sales and marketing plan, analyze market trends and performance, and implement promotion and communication strategies. They will supervise the sales team, ensure the application of departmental policies, and collaborate with other management teams. They will also participate in recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Additionally, they will manage budgets, inventories, suppliers, and all necessary departmental supplies.
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate has 5 to 10 years of sales experience in the tourism industry or a related field, along with strong abilities in supervising and managing a team. They demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills, and are able to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities. Mastery of French and English is essential in order to offer a warm and personalized experience to our international clientele, along with strong knowledge of computer tools related to operations and marketing.
